AAR Receives Supplier Service Award from Jet2.com
AAR, an independent provider of global aftermarket aviation services, has received a Supplier Service Award from leading UK leisure airline Jet2.com for great performance on its component repair services, including overhaul and (reliability) engineering services.
 
Phil Ward, Managing Director, Jet2.com, presented the award to AAR’s Brian Sartain, SVP Repair & Engineering, and Eric Bron, General Manager, Component Repair Amsterdam, during Jet2.com’s annual supplier conference in Leeds on Dec. 5.
 
AAR performs component repair services for its long standing customer Jet2.com at its Amsterdam repair facility, and recently signed a five-year agreement for component repair. AAR also works with Jet2.com’s engineering team to provide reliability solutions so that the airline can continue to deliver great on-time performance for its all-important customers.
 
 “As Jet2.com has grown, so has AAR’s scope of work and commitment as a trusted partner,” says Brian Sartain. “These improvements within Jet2.com’s maintenance program have helped the airline claim one of the best on-time performance records.”
